F4N4 helps individuals, businesses and project owners in Africa and the Caribbean organize financial information and identify questions to address before seeking finance or considering an investment.
Use the Enterprise & project tab to examine financing capacity and investment readiness. Prepare your funding objective, amount required, use of funds, revenue, expenses, existing debts and cash-flow assumptions. Gather available financial statements, forecasts and commercial evidence to support your figures.
Use the Individual tab to examine repayment capacity and investment affordability. Prepare your income, regular expenses, debt repayments, savings and intended commitment. Have supporting records available to check that the information is accurate and current.
Results depend on the information and evidence supplied. An F4N4 assessment is not a professional valuation, a credit approval or a guarantee of financing or investment returns. Confirm requirements with the relevant lender or investor and seek qualified advice where needed.
